EXPERIENCE
With a degree in Advertising, Ella joined TMP at the beginning of 2022 to head up all communications to the public and press whilst assisting with legal claims. Her role has developed into a dual communication and paralegal role. Ella is studying to qualify as a solicitor. She is studying SQE 1, which is the first part of the process to demonstrate the competencies required to the level of a newly qualified solicitor of England and Wales.

Ella has undertaken Law Society training in client care and anti-money laundering; her skills will continue to grow. She works alongside skilled lawyers daily as an essential part of the team. Her ideas are bold and fresh, ready for the new era of the lawyer.

Recent Accolades:
Ella was awarded her master’s degree in December 2022, achieving high merit in her dissertation analysing the intersection of sexism and racism within sex work. She explored the labour rights within sex work, and her ideas have sparked progressive conversation. Comments on her paper described it as an "original topic, which [she] addressed unafraid of both theoretically complex and politically bold implications”.

TMP deals with high-profile cases up to the Supreme Court. As a specific aim to provide access to justice to clients who cannot afford to pay legal fees, we provide free help strategising how clients can crowdfund the costs.
Access to justice is fundamental in ensuring a fair society, which Ella has developed a genuine appreciation for. With aspirations rooted in human rights, Ella helps transfer the conversation towards the most critical issues.

Interests:
Ella is an avid traveller, having been to 25+ countries. Her most recent adventure was climbing Mount Kilimanjaro (5895m) in Tanzania, East Africa. She loves all things outdoors and creative.
