Coronavirus (Covid-19) : TMP Business Continuity Statement
We are closely following all Public Health England and World Health Organisation guidance and are ready to adapt to the fast changing situation.
In line with that guidance, the measures that we have taken include:
Closing our Office until further notice
work from home until further notice
continue to work effectively, and remotely, within our secure and resilient IT environment;
no non-essential travel and no face to face meetings or attending court or tribunal hearings until further notice;
following government guidance on Staying at Home and Away from Others; and
keeping in constant touch to give regular guidance.
To help us avoid putting you and others at risk, whilst ensuring minimal impact on our communication with you, we are not offering face to face meetings so please communicate with us:
by email and not by post;
by text or WhatsApp
by telephone, using the relevant individual’s mobile wherever possible, or otherwise our general office number 020 3693 2545
by video conferencing e.g. by Skype or Facetime, or other provider.

Employment Tribunal and Courts
In person hearings commencing before Friday 26 June 2020 are all converted to case management hearings by telephone (or electronic means), and all hearings commencing on or after Monday 29 June 2020 will, subject to further Direction, be proceeding.
