Coronavirus (Covid-19) : TMP Business Continuity Statement

We are closely following all Public Health England and World Health Organisation guidance and are ready to adapt to the fast changing situation.

In line with Government guidance, the measures that we have taken include:

  • work from home when necessary

  • continue to work effectively, and remotely, within our secure and resilient IT environment

  • no non-essential travel

  • attendance at the office is strictly by prior appointment only. There will be no admission to the office without a prior appointment

To help us avoid putting you and others at risk, whilst ensuring minimal impact on our communication with you,  please communicate with us:

  • by email where possible

  • by text or WhatsApp

  • by telephone, using the relevant individual’s mobile wherever possible, or otherwise our general office number 020 3693 2545

  • by video conferencing e.g. by Zoom, Skype or Facetime, or other provider.

Hybrid Working

TMP now operates a hybrid working model; whereby staff work partly or mainly from home during the week. We are however open for business as usual. Our main telephone number, +44 (0)20 3693 2545, is in operation from 9:00 to 18:00. We encourage you to send instructions, papers and updates in electronic form. Papers scanned and saved, ideally in PDF format. Draft documents to be saved in Word.  Bundling of papers into a single PDF or Word attachment (or series of bundles) and bookmarking is greatly appreciated. In the interest of ensuring GDPR-compliance, we can also provide a secure site for sharing documents. If there is no alternative but to send papers in hard copy, please give us advance warning so as to avoid any delay in the papers reaching the fee earner.
