Coronavirus (Covid-19) : TMP Business Continuity Statement

We are closely following all Public Health England and World Health Organisation guidance and are ready to adapt to the fast changing situation. Special arrangements are in place at the moment as a result of the Covid-19 (Corona virus) pandemic.

In line with Government guidance, the measures that we have taken include:

  • work from home until further notice

  • continue to work effectively, and remotely, within our secure and resilient IT environment

  • no non-essential travel

  • attendance at the office is strictly by prior appointment only. There will be no admission to the office without a prior appointment

To help us avoid putting you and others at risk, whilst ensuring minimal impact on our communication with you,  please communicate with us:

  • by email and not by post. At the moment it is difficult for us to deal with correspondence sent by post. Please send correspondence by email unless it is not possible for you to do so. There will be a delay in dealing with correspondence sent by post;

  • by text or WhatsApp

  • by telephone, using the relevant individual’s mobile wherever possible, or otherwise our general office number 020 3693 2545

  • by video conferencing e.g. by Zoom, Skype or Facetime, or other provider.
